Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption
This gift card is redeemable only with RHELM and cannot be used with any third-party vendors, retailers, or service providers.

2. Validity
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

3. Use of Gift Card
The gift card may be used toward eligible purchases made with RHELM. Where a remaining balance is permitted, it will remain available on the card until expiry.

4. Non-Transferability & Resale
Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Gift cards purchased with the intent of resale may be cancelled at our discretion.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. RHELM is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and replacement cards will not be issued.

6. Changes to Terms
RHELM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
