Refund policy

If you’re not completely happy with your sterling silver jewellery order, please get in touch as soon as possible after receiving it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact me and arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
